  I went in there yesterday when I walked in there were two girls standing at the front, decided to greet someone else and completely ignored me. I was looking for some comfortable work clothes. I went to the back where the pants were available. There were two girls talking to each other rather than actually paying attention to the customers. I stopped one of them and asked her question. She basically just showed me a couple of pants and walked away rather than following up and asking me if I wanted something else ended up trying a pants on my own and then literally just left the store. I counted there were about 15 employees literally just standing around talking to each other rather than helping the customers definitely felt some racism. Left the store without buying anything. Thank you so much.

  Don’t buy LuluLemon, they use PFAS which is a very toxic chemical that causes cancer!

  The store at the Quarter is always clean, the staff are pleasant, and the Lulu quality is known. My issue today was the fact that I spent $245 on 2 long sleeve t-shirts (which itself is quasi-insane) and the young lady who rang me up stuffed both shirts in the bag as though she were tossing candy in a Halloween sack. Am I wrong in expecting some form of elevated service experience for the elevated prices? What happened to folding purchased items professionally at a bare minimum? It felt as though I was a number to quickly move through to keep the cash register clanging. I’d like to think the prices we pay aren’t just for overpriced shirts or sweatpants; but also for the experience.
