I want to say that overall this was an extremely positive experience. I was greeted immediately and was provided assistance by numerous employees in locating sizes. Some provided recommendations, which were great (I even purchased some of them). The fitting room attendant was phenomenal; she provided insight, humor, and made me feel comfortable in a store I may typically find somewhat intimidating. This was a beyond 5 star experience, but then the girl running the register ruined it in a way that I almost thought she was doing some sort of weird bit. The interaction started normal enough. She asked if I fond everything I needed - to which, I praised the employees out on the fIoor and how great they were. I mentioned someone sent me here to get some nicer clothes (admittedly, they could use some improvement. She proceeds to make a comment like "well' I'm be they'll be thrilled you picked THIS color." Now, it wasn't super obviously a jab; but to be clear - it was. I always carry cash when shopping. It's an easy way to visualize spending. The total was like $165 or so. I handed her 2 blue 100s. I then realized I had an older (very obviously real) 100 bill as well, so I asked if I could switch one out. She obliged, but not after loudly and overtly suggesting there had to be a reason I wanted to get rid of it (besides the VERY obvious on being it was old and worn-down. Being accused of trying to pass counterfeit currency in front of a room of people was highly uncomfortable, nearly humiliating. And for what? Buying a $78 pair of shorts? Look, the price point is fine - I love the shorts, and they're excellent quality Immediately, I told her to check it with the marker. My point is that if you are going to market yourselves as borderline luxury, then you need to be very cautious about accusing your customers of felonies on the sales floor. Meanwhile, I have to stand there and try to convince a handful of other customers it's all good ( very fun for me) while she and a (manager?) are holding up the bill to the light like Nicolas Cage trying to steal the Constitution. Oh, and that manager? Nah, no apology. None from the cashier, either. Sidenote: What major retail store is still holding bills up to the light instead of using those markers? Those won't mistakes; these two employees certainly will.

I had such a wonderful experience today at this Lulu location. From the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was friendly, happy to help, and very engaging. It is so rare to find good customer service these days so I felt inclined to write this review. The manager was also wonderful. It’s really nice visiting a store where the staff is happy and helpful!

Don’t buy LuluLemon, they use PFAS which is a very toxic chemical that causes cancer!

Lululemon is truly amazing! They recently partnered with Rivial Wellness for an upcoming wellness pool party in Phoenix this April, and the kickoff event was top-notch. The team provided exceptional customer service and a fantastic private shopping experience. Having a live DJ perform while we shopped created such a high-energy, upscale vibe. A huge thank you to the staff for a great night—the hospitality was second to none. I’m really looking forward to the main event in April and connecting more with the incredible staff and fellow attendees. If you’re looking for a brand that truly cares about community and a premium experience, this is it!

Great experience. After having such a terrible shopping experience at cotton on because of their crappy employee, my husband, baby, and I went downstairs to lululemon. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful but they were so kind and patient. They grabbed sizes for me while I tried on items in the change room, they helped my husband find a neat backpack, checked on shoe sizes for him, they even found a different color in a set that I was eyeing which I ended up buying. I didn’t want to spend so much that day but I ended up buying so much just because of the positive attitude there. Energetic, fun, solid people. They actually make shopping fun.
