BUYER BEWARE. I went into the store on Saturday and made a purchase. When I got home, I realized I had been given the wrong size. The items were never used, still had all of the tags attached, and were in the original packaging. I returned to the exact same store on Friday expecting a simple return or exchange, only to be told they could not help me and that a return was not possible. What made the situation even worse was how incredibly rude and unwilling to help the staff were. There was absolutely no effort to find a solution. I then tried to process the return online myself, and that couldn’t be done either. This is now the SECOND time I’ve had an issue with this company, and at this point I’m done. If a company is going to sell you a product but then make it nearly impossible to resolve an issue—even when the merchandise is completely unused, tagged, and in its original packaging—that says a lot about their customer service. Stay away. I definitely will not be purchasing from them again. LESSON LEARNED.

I came in about a week ago and purchased bras and the long sleeve cotton shirt and let me tell you it is the best shirt I’ve ever worn. I’ve never felt more confident in my entire life. Annie was a big help during this process of trying to find something that fits me and something that I feel confident in definitely worth the money.

Absolutely appalling customer service. The staff was relentlessly aggressive, visibly annoyed when I didn’t buy more, and completely unprofessional. This was easily one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.
