  Absolutely appalling customer service. The staff was relentlessly aggressive, visibly annoyed when I didn’t buy more, and completely unprofessional. This was easily one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

  Buyer beware. I purchased a bra that developed an underwire issue less than a month after purchase and after only a few wears. The company advertises a 2-year warranty, but in my experience, the warranty was not helpful if you do not live near a store location. I contacted customer service expecting the warranty to cover the defect, but the process was extremely frustrating and did not provide the support I expected. I feel misled by the way the warranty is advertised and would not have made this purchase had I known how difficult it would be to obtain warranty service. I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.

  I think this company is a scam. I bought many items online and she could not find any record of my order yet the company states you may return online orders in store. I also found the professionalism of the employees lacking. She should get on the phone and help with the issue. Not turn me away to deal with it on my own. It was 200.00 worth of product. I will never go there again. Back to Nordstrom it is.

  Outstanding customer service. I shopped at the store at Scottsdale Quarter three times in the past 6 weeks. Each time I experienced professional, helpful, friendly sales people. I bought my sister the wrong size (European sizing runs smaller). They accepted the exchange to a larger size with no problem - the tags were on the three items and they were never worn. I am going back tomorrow to buy a couple of bras before the end of the sale. The quality is outstanding and the sale prices are fantastic. My husband found his new favorite store!
