  I visited Gorjana twice in the same afternoon with a group of colleagues after work. We stopped in because one of my colleagues was interested in purchasing a piece of jewelry. During our first visit, neither of the employees acknowledged or greeted us as we entered. We weren't offered assistance or asked if we needed help, despite one employee standing at the front of the counter observing customers. I initially brushed it off and assumed they might have been busy or simply having an off day. Later that afternoon, we returned because my colleague had decided she wanted to purchase the item she had seen earlier. At that time, the store was completely empty except for the two employees. Again, we walked in and were not greeted or acknowledged in any way. A few moments later, another group of customers entered, and they were immediately welcomed with a warm, cheerful "Hello, ladies." That contrast was difficult to ignore. I cannot speak to the employees' intentions, but the difference in how our group was treated left me feeling unwelcome and questioning why we were not extended the same basic courtesy. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged when they walk into a store, regardless of who they are. This experience stood out because every other store we visited that day was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Unfortunately, this location was the exception. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that creating a welcoming environment begins with treating every customer with the same level of respect and courtesy.

  I have (and love) a few pieces from gorjana, but a necklace I recently got as a gift tarnished after I didn’t follow the care instructions closely. I brought the piece in to the store to ask if there was anything that I could do to repair it or make it look shiny again and Ryann was able to help me out :-) I was so surprised that she replaced my necklace and though I know this won’t always be the solution for every issue I was impressed with the customer service and really appreciated it. She also provided me with updated care guidelines and gave me her personal recommendations on how to keep my fashion jewelry looking good.

  Love Gorjana jewelry. The pieces don’t tarnish, I hardly take my earrings out and they haven’t tarnished. Katie was great with customer service and made me feel welcomed to the store. Will definitely be coming back!
