  Brought these necklaces into Gorjana to see if they could help because they tarnished so badly and rather than replace them all they were able to do is give a store credit to rebuy the exact same items at a higher price which is ridiculous. Was incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service considering I just wanted the same necklace back for the one they did have literally in the store and to replace the other with something else since they did not have it in store.

  I’ve been a long time customer with this brand and the quality has gone down significantly over the past few years. I have had to exchange most of my pieces because the clasp has broken off, the tarnishing just after a few wears and not going into water is unbelievable. This jewelry is not cheap and I understand it’s gold plated. I also don’t think it should break and tarnish just after 3-4 wears of the jewelry.
