  Today I stopped by DSW at Desert Ridge because I wanted to replace a pair of shoes I already own and love. They were on sale, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size. I asked an associate, and she simply told me that if they weren’t on the shelf, they didn’t have them. Later, I went to another DSW in Scottsdale. I couldn’t find the shoes there either, so I asked Claudia for help. She immediately looked them up online and found that they weren’t available in any store, but she quickly suggested ordering them for me. When it was time to pay, I realized I had left my credit card behind. I asked if I could use Apple Pay, and without missing a beat, she said, “No problem, you can buy a gift card with Apple Pay and use that to complete the purchase.” She was incredibly resourceful, positive, and genuinely eager to help. I honestly think she’s too talented to go unnoticed because that level of customer service is rare these days, and I’m not convinced people like her are paid what they’re truly worth. I’m very customer-service oriented, and when I come across someone who goes above and beyond, I believe they deserve to be recognized. So thank you, Claudia, for making what could have been a frustrating shopping trip such a pleasant experience.

  Love DSW! This location is easy to get too amd the staff are super friendly! I also like that they have a nice variety of shoes for people with wider feet! That's a plus in my book!
