  Worst ever . They were hardly 2 people in the store and the store front person made us wait for 30 min . When we confronted him he made us wait more than, eventually we left without even entering . Worst ever store of Dior . Hope they close the store if they don’t want our business. Shame

  I love Dior and have always appreciated the brand, but unfortunately my experience at this particular branch hasn’t been the best. Some of the staff were not very professional, which made me feel uncomfortable and less inclined to visit again.

  worst shopping experience ever. employees made me feel extremely unwelcomed , were rude and egotistical. i would have a better shopping experience at goodwill, truly. doorman is very kind, but three of the assistants i dealt with were disrespectful.

  ​Dior Scottsdale: Where "Exclusion" is the Only Collection ​ Dior Scottsdale doesn’t sell luxury they sell profiling. I wasn’t even three feet into the store before being blocked and told they "haven't had fragrances since the holidays" keep in mind before i even entered, the staff ushered other customers in behind me. To be dismissed with a lie and skipped in line is a level of blatant discrimination I never expected from a "world-class" brand. I’ll never spend another dime here. Dior has lost a customer for life.
