From the moment I explored their collection, the craftsmanship stood out immediately. The attention to detail and finishing quality make the jewelry feel luxurious and distinctive. In-store service was equally impressive. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive without being pushy. They took time to explain different pieces, materials, and styling options, which made the entire selection process enjoyable and stress-free.

I took a vintage piece into the store to be serviced because I didn’t want to trust just any jeweler. Unfortunately I was unhappy with the repair. What I can tell you is that I was beyond happy with the customer service I received from the store manager Karen. She is kind and she is good. I know she felt bad about my repair not going as expected and made sure she did everything in her power to right the wrong. I ended up speaking to her multiple times in store and in person. Each and every time she was so kind and aimed to see me smile. In the end I am beyond happy with my piece, and in a world where customer service rarely exists anymore, Karen should teach the master class!! Thank you Karen!!!
