She treated me like a friend and made casual conversation while helping me decide which pieces to purchase. The entire atmosphere in the store was so pleasant, and everyone was helpful to customers without being overbearing. Tracy even noticed I was visiting on vacation and made sure my items would be shipped directly to my home so I wouldn’t have to pack them in my luggage. To top it off, she sent me two follow-up emails. The first arrived the day after my visit to thank me for my purchase and to let me know she would reach out again once my delivery arrived. The second email came today after my items were delivered. I’ve never experienced this level of top-tier customer service while shopping for clothing, and it’s exactly why I will absolutely return. I’m not sure if she does this for everyone or just for certain customers she connects with, but I wanted to leave a review and genuinely express my appreciation for all of her efforts.
