- BFBarbara FinneganApr 14, 20265.0Great service and awesome to work with. Delivered all my balloons on time and they looked amazing, just like I asked for and was expecting, 5 star for sure.Thank you.
- MAMary J AJan 23, 20265.0Came across them in a Google search. Happy we used them for our son’s 6th birthday. The nice part of supporting a local business is the personalised customer service you recieve compared to the big party franchises. They created my son a space balloon bouquet and much more. Loved it. Highly recommend them and the team there.
- AWAna WashingtonDec 8, 20255.0AZ Party Mart made planning our celebration so easy ,everything we needed was in one place, from tableware and napkins to balloons and decorations. Their balloon arrangements and arch garlands turned the venue from plain to festive, and the staff were friendly and helpful when we changed plans last minute. The option to rent tables and chairs saved us a lot of hassle, and their delivery-and-setup service meant we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all. If you want a reliable, full-service party supply store with a great selection and helpful staff, AZ Party Mart is absolutely worth checking out.

- SPShan PfutzOct 22, 20255.0Great service! Great team!! Scotty and his crew are flexible and calm even when it’s raining and date for drop off changes and adding additional chairs and tables at the last minute. Scotty made pick up and drop off smooth and timely. They do the big resort events to the backyard bash. I highly highly recommend!! 100%!!
Frequently Asked Questions About AZ Party Mart
How far in advance should I place an order?
For balloon orders, we request a three-day notice for smaller quantities and a full week's notice for larger orders. All rental items need to be reserved at least one week in advance to guarantee their availability for your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales become final during the three days before your scheduled event, with no refunds available during this period. For cancellations made more than three days prior to your event, we provide a 50% refund of your total order amount.
Does delivery include setup?
Our standard rental delivery service doesn't include setup. If you'd like us to handle the setup for you, please let us know when making your reservation so we can make the necessary arrangements for your event.
Do you rent linens?
We work with a trusted third-party supplier for all linen rentals. If you're looking to rent linens without other items such as tables or chairs, we'll connect you directly with our supplier who will manage your linen order.
How long do your balloons last?
With appropriate care, our helium balloons typically stay inflated for approximately three days. Air-filled balloons generally have a longer lifespan, often remaining in good condition for a week or more.
Do you have a store?
Yes, we maintain a physical retail location. Beyond our balloon services, we offer an extensive selection of party supplies including plates, napkins, candles, and numerous other celebration essentials.
What is your payment policy?
We require a valid payment method on file to secure your order. Please note that your order isn't considered confirmed until this payment requirement has been satisfied.
