How far in advance should I place an order?
For balloon orders, we request a three-day notice for smaller quantities and a full week's notice for larger orders. All rental items need to be reserved at least one week in advance to guarantee their availability for your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
All sales become final during the three days before your scheduled event, with no refunds available during this period. For cancellations made more than three days prior to your event, we provide a 50% refund of your total order amount.
Does delivery include setup?
Our standard rental delivery service doesn't include setup. If you'd like us to handle the setup for you, please let us know when making your reservation so we can make the necessary arrangements for your event.
Do you rent linens?
We work with a trusted third-party supplier for all linen rentals. If you're looking to rent linens without other items such as tables or chairs, we'll connect you directly with our supplier who will manage your linen order.
How long do your balloons last?
With appropriate care, our helium balloons typically stay inflated for approximately three days. Air-filled balloons generally have a longer lifespan, often remaining in good condition for a week or more.
Do you have a store?
Yes, we maintain a physical retail location. Beyond our balloon services, we offer an extensive selection of party supplies including plates, napkins, candles, and numerous other celebration essentials.
What is your payment policy?
We require a valid payment method on file to secure your order. Please note that your order isn't considered confirmed until this payment requirement has been satisfied.
