  really disappointing experience here today. as someone who works in retail myself, i completely understand not catching every customer the second they walk in, but the overall customer service during our visit was just uncomfortable. my family and i were shopping around, trying on hats, and not once did anyone greet us, check in on us, or offer any help. at one point my cousin even had to reach up himself to grab a hat while employees stood not even two feet away watching. the staff mostly seemed focused on talking amongst themselves or pacing around instead of engaging with customers. customer service does not have to be over the top, but a simple “let me know if i can help you with anything” goes a long way and would have completely changed the experience. definitely not the welcoming environment we were expecting.

  Hello my younger brother and I visited your brand newish Ariat store number #108 located in Scottsdale AZ. We are deeply utterly shocked and disappointed at the service my younger brother and I received. As soon as we went in they did not greet us what so ever however everyone after us that entered got greeted and asked if they needed help. Afterwards we started browsing around alone no one asked if we needed assistance with anything even when we basically like 2 feet distance from them. I tried on like 4 or 5 shirts and people were literally walking by cuase there was an employee only room right next to the dressing room and still nothing. This felt really uncomfortable and awkward up until we got ready to pay. Once we got up to the register there was three people in the front and we stood very close to get checked out and it was probably even the most awkward 10 seconds because we waiting for one of the three to tell us if we were ready to check out but none of them did there was a lady who was on the register doing something with the price tags who again didn't acknowledge us or tell us to go to her coworker instead. we felt disgusted as if we were an inconvenience and even once we left they didn't say have a good day or anything for that matter even though I brother spent over 145 dollars it felt as if we weren't wanted there. This was our experience and quite frankly we were disappointed and most likely never return. We entered with a sour taste right of the bat and left with an even more bitter taste to say the least

  Hello my brother and I visited your brand new Ariat store number #108 located in Scottsdale AZ. We are deeply utterly shocked and disappointed at the service my brother and I went in me with casual cloths and my brother was wearing his construction cause he had just gotten out of work. As soon as we went in they did not greet us what so ever however everyone after us that entered who by the looks of it was wearing regular clothes got greeted and asked if they needed help. Afterwards we started browsing around alone no one asked if we needed assistance with anything even when we basically like 2 feet distance from them. This felt really uncomfortable and awkward up until we got ready to pay. Once we got up to the register there was three people in the front and we stood very close to get checked out and it was probably even the most awkward 10 seconds because we waiting for one of the three to tell us if we were ready to check out but none of them did. we felt disgusted as if we were an inconvenience and even once we left they didn't say have a good day or anything for that matter even though my brother spent over 145 dollars it felt as if we weren't wanted there. This was our experience and quite frankly we were disappointed and most likely NEVER! Go back and it sucks cause its a location closer to us. We entered with a sour taste right of the bat and left with an even more bitter taste to say the least
