  Had a great experience here, brought our whole family and did one of their appointments for my little brother and they helped him pick out an entire new school wardrobe that gave him so much confidence, thank you to the manager for being so nice and relatable!

  I added the receipt just to figure out who was the girl behind the register. She had a red top on. She was not friendly, I had a bunch of returns and she helped me sort through them. I think the part that was upsetting was that she did not look through the clothes properly, saw the bag and said to go to aerie to return one of them items without even checking the tag. One of the shirts I ordered online came with the tag off hence why I was returning it in the first place and she said you have to go through costumer service to get a refund for that and that we cant help you. I was like okay whatever. I took the other item to Aerie and Aerie sent me right back to american eagle because the pants needed to be returned at american eagle. Going back and forth for just because you are too lazy to check the tag is not really good costumer service. She didn’t even apologize when she understood what happened if anything she looked pissed why I came back lol. Hoping she reads this so she feels a little embarrassed at least.

  Staff is very friendly, but the cash register system they’ve upgraded to in recent years is so cheap and cloud-based. This means even for online transactions- including afterpay and PayPal, you are required to have the original card to get your money back. They are unable to send it straight back to the card, requiring you to tap it back. It seems so minor, but I don’t carry all my cards and every other major retailer with traditional POS systems are able to do seamless returns.This results in a frustrating return process every-time. Don't even get me started on being required to provide a phone number or email even though I clearly have my receipt.

  Shop at any other AE. This location treats customers like criminals. I went to use a fitting room, and there was no attendant, so I went into an open one. Seconds later, an associate pushed open the curtain to abruptly tell me, "You can't just walk in here, you have to tell one of us first." Due to this, I didn't want to use the fitting rooms anymore. So I bought a pair of jeans in the same style and size I always do, they were way too small, like made incorrectly small. When I tried to exchange them, I was told no because the tag wasn't attached, but if I had a gift receipt, they could exchange them. I did not have a gift receipt, as I had the original receipt from my purchase just 7 days earlier. Terrible customer service, very entitled, and you will be accused of being a criminal.

  The Desert Ridge location is CLOSED, even though their phone is still in service I found out when I hiked around the property to find an empty space with no signage whatsoever
