  Walked into Alo today looking for a new pair of shoes and had a really good experience. Andre greeted me right away, asked what I was looking for and immediately helped. He reflected the brand image good. He actually took the time to ask what I needed the shoes for instead of just pointing me to a display. Really knowledgeable, gave awesome recommendations, and was just super warm and easy to talk to. You could tell he was genuinely trying to help me out. Great customer service definitely made the visit worth it!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Alo in Kierland Commons! Grace and Emily were absolutely amazing—they were both so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel rushed. Their customer service was exceptional, and you can truly tell they care about creating a great experience for their customers. I left the store so happy and will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Grace and Emily, for making my visit so special! 🩷✨

  Corbin helped me today at Alo and he made my day! He was wonderful and helped explain so many things I had no knowledge of. He really made the experience. I will be back and recommend seeing him!
