  Shelly and Jill are the best! They genuinely care about your experience in the store, which is a WILD concept nowadays. The service was amazing, and the good chit-chat made it even better!

  I’ve been a loyal Alo Yoga shopper for quite a while now, and honestly—I just love it. The Kierland and Biltmore locations are my go-to spots, and every visit feels like a little mood boost. The staff are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful (like, how are they all this nice?). The second I walk in, I feel happier—it’s kind of my version of retail therapy. And the clothes? So comfy it’s almost suspicious. Simple, effortless, and still somehow stunning every time. Alo Yoga just gets it.

  AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stopped here on a whim and ended up grabbing the cutest sweatshirts with my bestie. The staff here is incredibly kind and supportive, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for and checkout. The amazing cashier who patiently waited and helped us get a coupon when they were close to closing was outstanding and just so sweet. I want to highlight and acknowledge the amazing work ethic and service as it’s rare to find these days. Beautiful and friendly staff and amazing service made the day so much better, thank you for all your hard work. We love this location and Alo, highly recommend and will return!! THANK YOU!!
