- MDMark DeDioMay 1, 20261.0Just had the worst exchange with who claimed to be the manager. Brianna. Just terrible.. I place order online last night. She calls and first the called id is some cpa and I didn't recognize or answer. I get voicemail. So I called back. And I'll just be as nice as I can.. she starts with a bunch of excuses why they can't meet my requests.. excuses really lets find a solution.. and then statrs to tell me about some policy about there should be an upcharge for not ordering sooner.. I just did and paid what the website said. She did try to put something together.. but sunflowers had a meaning.. anyway.. long story she was unprofessional and laughing and then tells me there are plenty of other florists in the area. It's 11am day of delivery. Thanks for the info. Not an option at this point. I then ask her if she owns the shop? I knew it wasn't the owner.. she hesitated but said she's the manager.. ok i would like to talk to the owner. They are out of town. Of course they are... and maybe they are. But she pushed me to just cancel. Sadly. I said just cancel it. I informed her that I will be contacting the owner. If your the owner and you read this ..she doesn't care about your business. I've been buying flowers from you for ten years. I guess that's it.. ty Brianna for ruining my ten years of birthday floral deliveries for my beautiful wife..
