When my order did not arrive in the time frame, I reached out to the organization and was told that an order takes 24-48 business hours to process at the warehouse and then another 2-3 business days to be delivered. I don't know what world these people live in, but that is nowhere close to 2-day shipping. That is 7-day shipping. Now I am out the cost that I paid for faster shipping and they refuse to do anything about it. If you order from these people, do not pay for 2-day. It's a complete and udder scam!!!
