    This was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. My family and I spent time shopping in the store, were respectful, and did not cause any issues whatsoever. However, when it came time to check out, the male employee at the register treated us with an incredibly rude and disrespectful attitude for absolutely no reason. There was hardly anyone in the store when we visited, and after experiencing this level of customer service, I can understand why. In all my years of shopping, I have never encountered an employee who was this unnecessarily rude to paying customers. Working in retail requires basic professionalism and respect. Customers should not be made to feel unwelcome or looked down upon when they are simply trying to make a purchase. No matter what kind of day someone is having, there is no excuse for treating customers this way. I do not know the employee’s name, but he was working the register around 7:21 PM on June 1, 2026. Management should seriously review his behavior and customer service skills because he is creating a negative experience that reflects poorly on the entire store. This experience completely ruined what should have been a pleasant shopping trip. I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made in how customers are treated.

    Extremely disappointing experience. The sales associate was outright rude, unprofessional, and had a very poor attitude toward customers. I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, as if I was bothering them simply by being in the store. I saw the pant is 14.99 bur when he checked out I see it 29.99. I asked him about that and he was very annoyed to reply he had to change the price. And then he asked you want 15% off? I said I have a membership already. He asked me to pull the phone out to check my gmail to find the discount. But I did not get anything from my email. I have never done that before at any tommy store before. The seller just asked me put my email and phone number on the screen check out. I do not have to check my email or anything else. He did made a very complicated problem to me. During that time, he was very rude rude rude a lot. I told him I did not do anything wrong. I left immediately and will never return. I strongly recommend management address this issue seriously, because this level of service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store overall. I saw some review on google. Some customer said the staffs working there look like a type of racial discrimination people . Hm!!! If I can do 0 star, I will give it to them.
