Custom Ring Design

Bring in a drawing, picture or heirloom and we will create a customized ring using 3D computer graphic design.

Diamond Setting

The Jewelry Exchange offers many unique diamond settings such as prong, channel, invisible, pave and bezel.

Jewelry Cleaning

The Jewelry Exchange offers ring cleaning services to repair worn down gold bands. Rings are cleansed with gentle pulses from an ultrasonic bath that helps to remove dirt and excess residue. Rings with scratches are polished to remove deep imperfections.

We took both mine and my wife's wedding bands in to get resized. When we picked them up they were much thinner. They took much of gold out of our rings. We are very disappointed and upset. Both rings are much thinner and smaller. My wife has a beautiful diamond ring with three diamonds. They resized it only a quarter size. It was solid gold all the way through. After the resizing they took so much gold out the back is now hollow and you can see through the inside and see all three diamonds. Don't trust this company.

Back some years ago my husband bought me a beautiful heart shaped sterling silver pendant with a large buffalo turquoise in it from Silver Kiva. I recently lost the stone and happened to be in Arizona. We stopped by to see if it was possible to get the stone replaced. The owner is amazing!!! Not only did they replace the stone with a gorgeous white buffalo turquoise, he also showed me a perfect pair of earrings to go with my necklace. I’m so pleased and the price to repair was very fair!! I’d highly recommend Silver Kiva. Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you again :)
