- JSJonathan Schneidertoday5.0I’ve had multiple great experiences here as far as customer service, and their selection of in stock items is as good as you’ll find for an outdoor store. I came in this morning with a shopping list. Granted it was first thing after they opened so it wasn’t busy yet, but Parker was awesome enough to be my personal shopping assistant. What would have taken me probably 45 minutes to find instead took only 10, as he walked me around and helped me find everything I was looking for with a smile on his face. Good customer service is super hard to find these days, so it’s always beyond refreshing to have that kind of experience.
- SCStephen Crim3 days ago5.0I had a great experience with the gun counter service I received. Treston was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was taken care of for me!!
- LMLuis MelendrezOct 4, 20265.0I’ve been to many sportsman but this was by far the best experience i’ve had. Huge thanks to Devin for the great customer service. I had a few questions and he walked me through all of them. Highly recommend.
- JGJonathan GSep 29, 20261.0Used to come here all the time I probably spent over $20,000 in this store never had my ID checked for ammo and the one time I don’t have it on me you ask so I’m never coming back here again since you guys never have anything I actually need as far as accessories go and your selection is always terrible. I’ll never return.
- RRRyanSep 15, 20261.0Rifle ammo is behind the counter. I’ve never been to another sportsman’s or bass pro that does this. So I’m stuck in line behind people buying guns to grab a box of ammo that I shouldn’t have to wait in line for. I knew what I wanted coming into the store, should’ve taken me under 3 minutes to get in and out. I’m going on 20 minutes waiting. I came to this location because it’s closest to my house, but in the future I’ll drive to the one that’s a little farther just to avoid this. Staff here are unhelpful.
