Opened in 2003, Sportsman’s Warehouse in Phoenix, AZ is located conveniently off the 101 Freeway and I-17 Freeway. National gunsmithing services are now available! If you like hunting, we’re here to get you all set up with everything you need. Popular pursuits include deer, elk, javelina, turkey, pronghorn antelope, bighorn sheep, dove, and quail. If fishing is more your speed, we have all of your tackle to catch the largemouth bass, striped bass, or catfish that you’re after. We also carry plenty of supplies for camping, hiking, geocaching, boating, kayaking, and canoeing. Our shop services are available to spool reels, fixing rod tips, mount and boresight rifle scopes, clean guns, cut arrows, tune bows in our 10-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. Whether it’s monsoon season or a bright sunny day, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure. While you’re in the area, be sure to check out local events like The Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson Car Auction, Luke Air Force Base annual airshow, baseball spring training, and the AZ Game and Fish Expo.

I really didn't like how when I asked any of the employees a question they really had nothing of any help to say and it was a waste of my time to even speak to the employees at all. With the only exception being the couple guys at the firearms counter they were ok. Not great but acceptable in regards to their friendliness and helpfulness.

Lawrence and Joe were exceptionally helpful and made the process too easy, also showed us other guns we were interested in buying in the future and gave us tons of info. Was able to share some stories and overall had a great time. Recommend it to anyone.

Watching four gentlemen walk up and down the counter without asking one person if they needed help. There seem to be only one person there that was actually working maybe but he was on the phone the entire time. Okay fine. You don't want my money. I'll go give it to somebody else. Screw you sportsman's learn customer service!
