- ALAnne LeungMay 3, 20261.0Walked in to purchase a few things and wanted help locating one item in particular. We circled the whole store and was ignored by all the employees who were standing in a group chatting. I walked up to them and stood in front of the group for a long while, making direct eye contact with them even and still no one acknowledge us or said hello. Finally I said “hello” And they reluctantly stopped their conversation to answer a quick question for us. This store has a typical case of employees who look down on customers dressed casually or that they don’t think will spend money, and therefore think they are not entitled to any level of customer service. It was extremely disappointing as a long time RL shopper to experience this, and left a bad taste in our mouth. We will not be returning to this store again.

He is always in the storefront working when I arrive to browse or purchase. I will always look to him at any Ralph Lauren I visit, meaning he set the standard for customer service in the higher end boutique store such as Ralph Lauren. The sale people can’t be bothered to even greet you or assist you. It is almost like they size you up and then decide not to be bothered. I came in to buy a tote and a handbag and not one of them could be bothered.
