  Show up for a scheduled appointment and was turned away because their scheduling team double booked. Wasted so much time and had to find another location. Don’t think an appointment guarantees you a spot.

  My issue is not with this specific location but with the company in general. I had my device removed on August 24th and today my car was able to start but not drivable. I have a message of an engine power reduction occurring and it shaking. I am unsure that when they removed the device that something was moved or pinched. But all I know is that I am trying to get a hold of the shop so that my issue can be properly managed.

  I had a pretty good experience today the guy was knowledgeable and extremely patient with me , Idk about these other reviews butttttt he was a vibe fs ! Quick and painless 🤩

  When I first came to this place to get my interlock I was rushed through the process. they explained everything quick and not in a professional manner. about less then a month later my interlock started to malfunction on my car. causing it to read that I had missed some running test which cause fees and a negative impact. I went into the facility to check the problem. the guy said I missed some running test when that was not true. I was no where near my car and I had my keys with me for the ignition when that happen. the guy who worked their was extremely rude in his own bigoted way. he said it was out of his hands and could not or did not even offer to help. I called customer service and spoke with one of the supervisor named Tony there. I was explaining the malfunction of their device and he was rude and hung up on me. finally after a headache long of explaining my situation to a second supervisor there she was kind enough to help me out. now for the device itself. every single time I use it about 70% of the time on the first try that I try to blow into the device it states that it's an invalid sample causing more delay on the start of the ignition. now with all the malfunctions, delays, inconvenience, and customer service I DO NOT recommend you go with this company at all. I highly recommend you find another company that is more friendly and has a better customer care rapport. the service fee for just the device on a monthly basis is 77.00 and if you choose the optional blue LED blink light to make sure you don't miss any running test it's 11.00 additional for a total of 88.00 a month.
