Places like this don't care how they treat people because we have to have their service. There was one man, Hispanic, glasses, patchy facial hair, who was always so rude to me. After 6 months of me having it I made a joke "next time you see me it'll be to take this device off" and he said "you'll get it off when the DMV tells you you can get it off". Rude. So the next time I came in it was to remove my device and this man says "if you get pulled over in the next 6 months, even for a taillight, you'll have time get this device back in" that is false information and shame on you for allowing employees to do that. Not to mention their 24/7 emergency line is false advertising. I promise any interlock place is better than this business who preys on women because they have an inferiority complex. Already filed a complaint with the state and am in touch with Channel 3 to tell my story of this God awful place.

I'm not sure of this is the correct company.I had Quickstart on 23rd Ave install a device for me. I'm wanting to review Jeff and Luis for Quickstart Interlock. This is the result of a horrible decision I made and the team made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate them. Thanks Jim and team. I look forward to going on this journey with you.
