  I’m writing this to highly commend Maureen for her exceptional service. Even though the store was low on smaller men's sizes, she didn't give up and kept bringing out different options from the back. I especially appreciated how she proactively shared tips about the items while letting me browse at my own pace. Her balance of helpfulness and respect for the customer’s space is rare. She clearly has the skills of a top-tier manager. I'm so happy with my purchase thanks to her!

  I went shopping, and when we were leaving, the alarm went off. The shop assistant came after us as if we had stolen something, took our shopping bag, and searched it because, according to her, she had forgotten to remove a security sensor — which she never found. She caused us a very unpleasant moment, especially considering that we regularly shop there and usually spend over 200 or more on our purchases.

  I hope you know exactly what you are looking for. Staff will ask if you need help, then just walk away. Decided not to spend my hard earned money there.
