  I brought items in for the first time, and had a really great experience. I had seen what they were looking for on their Instagram, and they gave a thoughtful check in. While I was shopping they sorted through, and I was really happy with how much I received. They took about 1/3 of what I brought, but I came in with that realistic expectation! Everyone was so kind ❤️

  I dropped off at least five bags of clothes and accessories and checked in and not even seven minutes later as soon as I left the store, they texted me and said all my stuff was ready. I bet they just threw half of the bags to the side saying they went through them and then the other half they just barely looked at. It’s nothing but teenagers in the store. There’s no manager on site. I traveled 20 miles to come to this Plato’s closet because I’ve been through all the other ones and this was my first time here. Worst Plato’s closet ever it should shut down. I will never do business with this store ever again. Rude employees.

  First time experience here, and it was a 10/10. The staff was awesome, and I got a cute new shirt while I was browsing. I will be going back to browse their jean selection, because it looks like they have a good one!!
