  The selection at this Plato’s closet is great, but the short blonde guy was super rude for no reason. There were no workers at the fitting rooms, so I politely asked if he could open a fitting room for me. This seems to gravely annoy him. When I was done, I didn’t see any kind of clothing racks to put go backs on, so I went back up to him and told him I wasn’t sure where to put my go backs at. He responded by telling me where I should have put them in a really rude tone, to the point where ANOTHER WORKER stepped in herself and helped me out. He finished the transaction with the wildest attitude. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  I had recently gone into this location and their inventory is not good at all there are many things that are super stained and are really old. It honestly looks like a Goodwill rather than a Plato’s Closet. Their racks are too packed to the point you can’t even shop and the way their clothing is organized is so bad. Also the staff is not so great girls are always just talking by the fitting rooms saying inappropriate things and aren’t helping out at all. I had such a bad experience and this had been the 3rd time I came to this location and it was the same thing every time. Don’t waste your time just go the one in Arrowhead it’s way better than this one.

  This location has gone so down hill. This was my favorite location and now I can’t go in anymore. They used to have the best selection and prices and now it’s all junk and super worn clothes priced high and it’s frustrating . The social media is also lazy and awful and use AI for every single post instead of simply taking a picture of an employee when they promote hiring. Other plato’s accounts are way better. It’s almost like they have stopped trying since they have been open now for longer. I will say the employees are really nice still.
