Since it was a surprise, I didn’t know that the recipient had changed address but he still delivered to the new address with a smile. The whole experience was fantastic. A 10 out of 10. Thank you.

We ordered a different kind of arrangement this time to celebrate a birthday, and instead of a vase of cut flowers, we tried the YOUR WISH IS GRANTED CAKE flower arrangement. We chose the middle upgraded option and they did a fantastic job. The arrangement arrived on a metal cake stand too! I ordered from out of state and the flowers were delivered in AZ, exactly as shown. The delivery staff is courteous and on time. I didn't even have to call, I used their online ordering platform and the whole process was easy and accurate. If you do have to call, you get a live person on the first try, no phone screening and no waiting. Personalized services!! See pictures and give them a try the next time you require flowers.

When Eddie called me to let me know he was coming with flowers I wasn't home. So we arranged for him to deliver later in the morning rather than leave them outside. He delivered after I got home, just as he promised. He was cheerful and polite. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Flower
