The bud tender checking me out seems pretty annoyed that I accidentally picked an indica instead of a sativa (in Colorado the strain is a sativa and I just wasn’t thinking), and decided then that I was wasting his time. If you’re busy completing online orders, you probably shouldn’t take customers at the same time if it brings on stress, it’s just weed yall thank youuuuu

Great place to get what I need. Clean, inviting, and all the staff are excellent! I can't say enough about this place. And the products are phenomenal! I'd give 10⭐ if I could.

To the Mint Dispensary team, I've been a loyal customer for the past ten years, and I'm writing because my experience today fell well below the standard I've come to expect. The pre-order checkout process is far too slow. While waiting in line, I watched three customers each spend roughly 20 minutes browsing products with staff assistance while I was ready to check out with cash in hand. At the same time, three employees walked past the line to set up tacos without acknowledging customers who were waiting. When I finally reached the register, the associate who helped me was rude, and her explanation was that she was "doing two things at once" — multitasking is a basic expectation in any customer-facing role, not a reason for poor service. I genuinely appreciate the service I've received here over the years, but today was unacceptable. I'd encourage management to look at the line system, staffing during peak times, and staff training, because this visit was a real miss.
