  Not terrible. However.. Fix your point of sales machines please. It's 2026 and I'm not about to be taking money out of those shady ATM every time I visit. I should be able to pay with my card like I do at other shops. Tempe even has it so it pulls it from my bank account online so why's this location so archaic? Weed shops aren't some niche thing now, invest some of that money into working equipment and better pay for employees. Thanks.

  management is terrible ( sales people are mostly really nice, excluding management) I wont elaborate in that but also they never honor the online purchases. go to Herbal wellness on Northside; better prices, better customer service and better management.

  Matt is straight up the GOAT at this dispensary. From the second I walked in, dude was super chill, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. He didn’t rush me or try to push anything, just listened to what I wanted and hooked me up with some solid recommendations. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just trying to make a quick sale. He broke everything down in a way that made sense and made the whole vibe feel comfortable, not awkward at all. Real talk, customer service like that hits different. If you pull up to this spot, ask for Matt, you won’t regret it.
