- AAACMay 24, 20265.0Okay, I am here pretty often because I do find things I like at really good prices. I have also positively reviewed this store a few times on yelp. It's not a fancy schmancy store, but it is clean, well stocked and well merchandised. My favorite ladies who work there for many years are Sharon, Marissa and Barbara. My husband loves Sharon up in the Men's department...these ladies are always so sweet, friendly and efficient. The Men's department has an excellent selection of dress and casual shirts, suits, jeans, slacks, shorts and ties, and my husband really enjoys shopping there, especially if Sharon is working. I also shop online if I can't find what I want in the store, and most times I order two sizes of each, which means I keep the one that fits me well and return the other, hence several returns over time. Today I was back in returns, and once again Guillermo took care of me. He is very efficient, helpful and patient whenever I've had a question. I was in and out of the return area in two minutes...Guillermo knows what he is doing, and I always appreciate the fast service he provides. I keep coming back to this Penney's, longing for the heyday of Paradise Valley mall and the wonderful memories, however, it's nice to know this Penney's is still around. The only negative is that the ladies restroom is in dire need of a remodel. Other than that, I have been very happy with Penney's at PV, and I'll keep coming back! Thanks to Sharon, Marissa, Barbara and Guillermo for the great service time and time again!
