They failed to greet us and would walk by with zero engagement. Leadership should evaluate the team’s engagement process, because too many other competitors are providing a significantly better experience.

I visited the store after receiving a 40% off promotion email and asked for clarification on which items qualified. The manager, Andrew, seemed visibly annoyed from the moment I asked and acted inconvenienced by having to check the items I was interested in. He confirmed that a linen shirt I selected was included in the promotion. At checkout, I specifically asked whether the discount had been applied, and he assured me it had not been charged at full price. After leaving, I checked my receipt and realized I had in fact been charged full price for the shirt. I then had to return to the store to have the issue corrected, which was frustrating enough—but the attitude I received throughout the interaction made the experience far worse. Everyone makes mistakes, but being dismissive, rude, and inaccurate while helping a customer is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location, which is unfortunate because I genuinely enjoy the brand.
