  We had a wonderful experience at Home Deals! The owner Rowaid was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about his store. His enthusiam was contagious and made the whole experience so enjoyable. His enthusiasm is what convinced my boyfriend to finally buy us a sectional! But everyone was incredible! The prices are absolutely unbeatable, especially for the quality of brands they carry. If you haven't checked this place out yet, you're missing out. We'll definitely be back!

  Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a speaker that was incorrectly advertised, and when I brought the issue to their attention, I was told they would have the correct replacement available by mid-week. I was given documentation stating this, yet after waiting two full weeks with no follow-up, no update, and no resolution, I’m still stuck with the wrong speaker. Instead of honoring what was promised and making the situation right, they kept giving me the runaround and ultimately fell back on store policy rather than taking responsibility for their mistake. Customer service has been frustrating, unhelpful, and dismissive throughout the entire process. I made multiple efforts to resolve this fairly, but they showed no urgency in correcting their own error. If a business advertises the wrong item and promises an exchange, they should stand behind that commitment—not leave the customer inconvenienced and empty-handed. I expected accountability and basic customer care, but received neither. I would not recommend purchasing from them based on how poorly this was handled.

  Purchased through FB marketplace. Listing was for 1 case not 3 they had. Item shows as still available. After I got home, the so called sealed cases did NOT have the correct quantity. All of the cases were opened and had less than stated on the outside of the box. Store was nice, but the product had remnants on the bottom of the can. I believe it is dried pulp. Also, no expiration date to be found on product. Quite frustrating to say the least. Update: I Returned one full case, I followed up for the refund, which was a bit confusing, but I was eventually refunded a good amount, still a great deal. The seller is new and responsive, so just be aware the process may take a little extra follow-up. Appreciate the efforts from them. 👍
