  Don't order any flower arrangements for this store, they totally suck at it. All the flowers I got were all wilted when they arrived. Customer support never got back to me here it is almost a week later.

  Judging from previous reviews, I am clearly not the first customer to experience problems like this. Based on the store’s responses to other one-star reviews, it also does not appear that they are willing to take responsibility when something goes wrong. I’m posting this to warn others: save yourself the stress and order from a different location. I placed a $137 sympathy order for someone and selected hand delivery for September 19. Tracking order never updated so around 3 PM that day, I called the store to confirm that it was still being delivered and was told yes. However, the order never arrived, the tracking never updated, and nobody contacted me to explain what happened. Later that evening, I learned that the recipient had received and answered a call from Edible Arrangements, but the caller asked for someone named “Mark.” The recipient explained that she was not Mark and gave them her correct name—the same name clearly listed on my order confirmation. The next morning, I called the store to find out what happened. I was told that they had called and texted the recipient but that she did not answer. That was not true—she answered their call, but their employee was asking for the wrong person. I was then told the order would be delivered within an hour and a half. The order was eventually delivered a day late, but the incorrect information, lack of communication, and attempt to blame the recipient made an already sensitive situation unnecessarily stressful. I am extremely disappointed with how this location handled it. To the management of this location, please do not bother replying to this review with more excuses or attempts to blame the customer, as you have done in response to previous negative reviews. This review is mainly to warn others to choose a different location. I have no interest in hearing another attempt to blame me, the recipient, or anyone else for how poorly this order was handled.

  Terrible communication. Their customer service never responded to my request to cancel my order. I called the local store. No one answered and no one called me back. I reached out more than 24 hours of the delivery. It is disrespectful. I'll never order from them again.
