- DCDesiree CathieJul 13, 20261.0I went here looking for a pair Columbia waterproof hiking boots, they didnt have any WP hiking boots. However I did find a pair of Columbia hiking shoes, unfortunately they only had 1 pair of my size and they clearly had been used and returned (bends and wrinkles on the top of both shoes and the bottoms were dirty like they walked in them outside). Requested a manager since this pair was the only one in my size and I needed them today. The manager tried to tell that the soles were dirty from walking their carpet in store. I'm sorry but im not stupid, these were dirty from being worn, if only for a short time before being returned. I will never be back to this location and now ill need to to find another location that has these shoes. Unbelievable!!!

Laura took the time to tell me all about the shoe-cleaning machine they use, applied a protectant to my shoes, and even encouraged me to bring back another pair to be cleaned. She also gave me a great lesson on shoe care, explaining why you should avoid using Scotchgard and bleach on white shoes since both can cause yellowing over time. I had no idea, but now I know! I originally came in to purchase one pair of white shoes, but thanks to Laura’s outstanding customer service, I ended up buying two pairs plus an extra item. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Laura, for going above and beyond! 👟⭐️
