  Poor customer service and unclear return policy I had a very frustrating experience at this DSW location. When I tried to return a pair of shoes, the manager was very direct and came across as rude, which made the situation worse. I understand stores have return policies, but I was never clearly informed at the time of purchase that worn shoes cannot be returned. It was not explained to me, and the receipt doesn’t clearly state it either, it only tells you to go to a website to read the policy. That is not convenient or transparent for customers at the time of purchase. Customers should not have to go home and search online to understand important return restrictions. This should be clearly explained in-store or printed directly on the receipt. The biggest issue wasn’t just the policy, it was how it was handled. There was no empathy or attempt to help, just a blunt and dismissive response. Overall, very disappointing experience due to both poor customer service and lack of clear communication.

  Always a huge variety of shoes and styles. They usually have a good range of sizes and you can have them ordered and delivered to your home if they don't have your size. They also have a great selection of clearance footwear located in the back of the store as they rotate stock!
