- PCPatte and Charles CarawayJul 8, 20261.0Bought sandals online. Wore them for about 2 hours to an event. They were peep toe booties and they literally cut the tops of my big toes. Online DSW was very helpful. Said I could return for full refund to any DSW store. Apparently, the DSW in OV has their own policy and they dont allow returns after the shoe is worn! I understand, they can't sell a worn shoe. But these sandals felt great when I tried them on. Wearing them was a different story. And my issue was that online said I could return by mail and pay shipping or take to any DSW for full refund. The store in the end gave me a credit to use in the store but made it clear that this was a one time deal and not their policy. DSW online and the stores need to be on the same page. I am sure other ppl find out after wearing a shoe that there is a problem.
