- EBEric Brayman5 days ago1.0I can’t even get acknowledged at the gun counter. Here to buy 3 22’s with full set ups for my grandkids and I pick a number and wait and watch and and wait and watch and wait. No one even says hello. Pathetic customer service. Walmart has better service at their gun desk, seriously.
- WMWilliam MorrisSep 28, 20264.0There is just about everything sporting related under this roof. Allow for at least an hour to walk around and check stuff out.
- WSWe all ShineSep 22, 20261.0My experience was horrible. Noone wanted to help my husband and when he finally received help they gave him such vague answers. Then we went to go to the gun area this old man back there look us in our face put his head back down and then walk off without helping us. This is sad that people have so much hatefulness Inside them but works around guns and things. Point is, I will not be coming here and I will be passing this along to others.
- NMNicholas MillsSep 11, 20263.0I have a love hate with this place. I have purchased firearms prior and great experience. Recently went in after trying to call for 45 mins to check if trades were allowed. Arrived and was told by the “manager” “our system was down, you should have called”. I explained I did and he just laughed and said oh well. The prices are good but there is a level of entitlement for no reason.
- CSChris SmithSep 7, 20261.0Came here for labor day sale and checked online that they had the ammo on sale I wanted in stock (said they did) . Arrived to find the shelf empty asked a employee and they informed me they keep it in the back. Not sure why they keep it in the back when it would be the most popular item for sale being its priced lower than the rest. Get my ammo and proceed to shop around find something that was 10% off and thought id add that to my cart. Go to check out the older gentleman rang me out seemed like he was technology challenged when it came to working the register. Guy causally rings me up for a extra item on top of the one I got and proceeds like it was no big deal then I catch it and he gets a attitude cause he has to figure out how to fix his mistake then I noticed he didnt take 10% off and trys to tell me it was the advertised price I said no thats not right and watch him struggle with that for 5 mins before he just takes .10 cents off the price and calls that good . What's the point of a labor day sale if your staff is to ignorant to honor the sale . This place is poorly staffed will not be returning I will take my business elsewhere where the employees actually know what they are doing . This place won't last long with that customer service we will all just go to scheels and watch this company close and become a distant memory of the past.
