  Easy parking very clean store merchandise well signed and cashiers very helpful and courteous. Needed suit jacket shirt pants and shoes . I needed assistance but no associates in any area . I found shoes and suit coat and left . Widowed senior not used to shopping.

  I have shopped at JCPenney's for many years and appreciate the products offered and their great rewards program. In addition I want to say GREAT JOB to one of the employees who really helped me and deserves to be recognized! Ivan in the men's department thank for your help!!

  Order a mattress from here taking a long time delivery next time take business elsewhere to a local mattress store.

  This is a very exceptional department store. Huge! Every department is organized, neat, clean, has wide isles to navigate, bright lighting, nice display of clothing and articles, available, friendly help-staff in departments. I have shopped in J.C. Penney stores for YEARS on the East Coast and the midwest for myself, husband, and children and ALWAYS found quality, current styles, great choices...loved their baby and childrens' clothes and leather shoes. Very competitive prices and great sales (MANY end-of-season sales when I shopped this past Sunday). I only wish that the shopper traffic was heavier. ALL OF OUR MALLS need the support of local communities to continue to survive....so many are closing down due to the strength of online shopping. The huge monopolies online (Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc) are just not the same shopping experience we used to have; no getting together with friends, exercise in and out of stores, seeing "the latest and greatest" stuff on the market, actually trying on clothes and shoes to check the fit!! ...NO shipping fees and worrying about damaged deliveries, return fees and hassel, Porch Pirates. Oh, well....didn't mean to ramble about "the good times!" This is a wonderful department store with quality merchandise, very well run. Sure hope it can continue to serve this community for a LONG TIME.

  I came here to do my newborns photos, and when I arrived, it was empty, so we went straight back and she began to take photos of my baby. She laid him on the floor and started to swaddle him, bending his neck a lot, not being gentle at all, she then laid him up on a prop that almost looks like a trampoline sort of layout, and he literally rolled down it and almost fell off and she caught him last minute after that me and my husband were extremely nervous and watching him the whole time scared that he was gonna fall also, I’m not even sure if she was sick or she had bad allergies, but she kept wiping her nose on her hand and with the same hand, she kept touching my baby’s face to get his attention during the Photos. She then became very squeamish and shaking, and I Was curious why she was doing that and then she left mid photos because she had to pee and was walking away with barely enough time before she peed herself. She literally was shaking the entire time my baby then threw up on the swaddle that they had from all the movement and instead of offering a new swaddle she just tucked throw up under him and continue to do pictures also I never received the Shutterfly images that we ordered. It’s already Been a week and I still have yet to receive anything and that’s that we paid almost $240 to get our pictures. The experience was definitely not what we were hoping for especially with our newborn. We originally booked for outfit changes and we decided to not even do an outfit change because we were already over the fact that she almost dropped him. We definitely felt that coming. Here was not worth it or least our experience was very horrible.
