    I’m extremely disappointed with this Edible Arrangements location. I ordered a Mother’s Day package that INCLUDED a 3-pack of Mother’s Day balloons. The fruit arrangement arrived, but the balloons were completely missing. I immediately called the store and left a voicemail — no response. I then reached out through customer service chat — again, no response. Then when I checked my order later, instead of fixing the problem or contacting me, they simply REMOVED the balloons from my order entirely like they were never included. Seriously? That is unbelievably unprofessional. Mother’s Day orders are supposed to make people feel special, not leave customers chasing down missing items with zero communication. Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers and quietly deleting items from an order instead of addressing the issue is unacceptable customer service. Very disappointing experience, and I definitely expected better from a company like Edible Arrangements.

    I ordered Edible Arrangements for my Mom's B-Day, and it never got to her. They posted it as "DELIVERY UNSUCCESFUL", but my sister has ring cameras and no one showed up. Trying to contact them was even worse, no one answers the phone, and I left multiple VM over 2 days, and never got a call back. Had to send my sister so she could hand them my cell phone to get a refund, and they didn't even get me a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

    If I could leave a zero. I would. I place order for my daughters birthday. I called to make sure they verify before delivery they said they do. I called a second time to check in. She said they spoke she was home it be there w in hr.. well the driver called while standing at her door to call and she was not home so no delivery. Now they won't answer my calls. Why did she need to lie and ruin this. Horrible place. Dont go to the one on stapley..

    I don’t understand what happened to this company. It’s extremely frustrating. A joyous celebration is ruined by their lack of customer service. We placed an order for delivery and it has not arrived. Absolutely terrible. No one answers the phone. We’ve been calling all day, every hour. Tried calling the customer service 1-877 number multiple times. It says the order is on the way … but it is not. No one answers there either. You can’t speak to a human. It will just reroute you to the store that’s already not answering.

    My mother ordered an arrangement for my kids who had both just gone through surgery. There were supposed to be balloons which we did not receive and 3 cupcakes. We got 1 cupcake rolling around in a long rectangular box (that was clearly supposed to have 3 in it). The cookies were misshapen (one straight side and one round side). It looked like they had been slapped in a tray in a rush. Which is fine, the kids will still eat them, it’s just for the money you are paying you would think the store would care about the presentation. My mom is older and doesn’t live here so she verified with the person taking the order all that going to be sent. I believe she was taken advantage of. When I called to speak to a manager on her behalf she agreed to send the missing balloons and cupcakes, so my mom could at least get what she paid for. Well, 2 days later and we haven’t received anything. I don’t have the heart to tell my mom. This company, specifically this branch, have so many complaints yet it appears they don’t even bother respond to bad reviews anymore so I don’t know why I’m wasting my time.
