  Marc S was very knowledgeable and friendly to both myself and my girlfriend. He was able to sell me my first firearm , as well as explain all features of the weapon, ammo & additional items I would need in the future to clean & care for my new firearm. He was very patient & provided 10/10 service. Excellent experience

  5 stars for Kevin in the fishing department! I had decided on a bait cast rod which I have never used before. Kevin took the time to show me how to set and cast the line in the river. It was great to know I was getting solid advice and walked away feeling confident. He had good recommendations all around. Great experience!

  Always love a visit to the ultimate man cave. Every outdoorsmens dream to shop for toys here. Service is always friendly and helpful. Gives you country vibes and a very welcoming entrance. One of my favorite stores to shop at. Right there next to Buc'ees lol

  I purchased the Yeti Rambler 30 oz. Travel mug with stronghold lid through the app, but I was sent the Yeti Rambler 30 oz. Travel straw mug instead. It was clearly marked as having a stronghold lid, but arrived with the straw mug lid. Unless you're okay with the straw mug lid, which in reality is a sippy cup lid, don't buy it, because they're marked wrong. Also, be aware that Yeti is replacing the stronghold lid with the straw mug lid (sippy cup lid) or mug with straw lid. The stronghold lid can be purchased separately for now for $13. I tried to rectify the situation with customer service and get a stronghold lid, which I perfer. It was ordered and canceled on the same day, because by the time the order was filled, it was out of stock. I didn't want to go through the hassle of calling again or returning the Rambler mug, so I ordered the stronghold lid from Yeti's website. The cup is great, just be aware you might not get the lid you expected.

  I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this one is warranted. I walked in to return a reel ($400+) that didn’t work for me because of its size and weight. When I asked where to go for returns, an employee rudely pointed to the back of the store. I went there, only to be told the returns desk was actually at the front. Once at the front, they pulled up my receipt and everything seemed fine until they called over an employee who was unnecessarily rude to me over a tiny blemish on the reel. Told me it was “beat to hell” (it wasn’t btw) but than he slammed it on the counter and asked, condescendingly, if I’d used it for tuna fishing before trying to return it. I felt intimidated and just said yes to get it over with, even though that wasn’t the case. They did process my return, which I appreciated, but no customer spending that kind of money should be treated with such disrespect. Bass Pro, please train your staff better. You lost my business. Below I have photos of the reel that was “beat to hell”, let me know what you think?
