Other stylist confirmed when I asked for a second opinion of what I asked for vs what I left. The manager refunded me but can not put back the years of growth chopped off by this women .

- MHMeagan HustedJun 9, 20261.0We bought my engagement ring from this location on April 11th. It was sent off to get sized and arrived back at the store May 27th. The ring was not sized correctly, the manager of the jewelry department wrote the wrong size on the invoice. The ring was sent back yet again. I picked my ring up June 8th and it was still not sized correctly. The ring was falling off my finger. I was told that not all of the bands were the same size when the manager put my ring on the ring sizer. You can visually see that one of the bands is much larger than the others. The width of one of the bands is also much smaller now. I have engagement photos scheduled and when I asked the manager what I should do her response was to put a string around my ring so it wouldn’t fall off. I understand mistakes happen, but having to send my ring back a third time is unacceptable. This manager has horrible customer service skills and just simply apologizing would go along way. We are not local to Lake Havasu, so it is extremely disappointing making the trip just to discover my ring still doesn’t fit. I was told that the General Manager would call me, she did not. Another JCP employee reached out to tell me that I could bring my ring back and it would be back in 2 weeks. I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism and urgency from the General Manager and the employees at this location. I will not be back.
