  So I have the pleasure of meeting a gentleman who works at the mint. I believe he’s a manager his name is Bert. He was so efficient and so kind and he hooked me up, and I didn’t even realize it until I left that he did me a solid and he didn’t even know who I was this dispensary by far is the best dispensary not only for the staff, but the hours are convenient and the product is always good pricing they always try to find the best match and work hard to make all their customers happy. Bert was amazing is amazing and I found out that his manager is Brian who I will be calling in the morning to give Bert a shout out for how awesome of a weed what are they called provider weed specialist he is

  My first time ordering. Awesome experience in the Drive thru. I was kind of down because I had never purchased product there and was a first timer. For sure I thought I would get something free. T shirt, pre roller, a gummie. I’m 54 and new to taking product. Truly a game changer compared to taking pills created by the ‘MAN” for pain management. Just wish I could Have had that new customer experience.

  Had a great experience at Mint Dispensary! Daywan was the cashier who helped me out, and he was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the products and took the time to make sure I got what I was looking for. Great customer service all around — definitely appreciate the good vibes and will be coming back!

  I've typically had good experiences with this place except for the last couple times the stuff I've gotten was less than Pleasant to say the least. I called in tonight to try to get information about The Mint Cafe so I can try to make an order for my friend's birthday tomorrow and the guy was a total jerk and really unhelpful. Really didn't get me any information on how I can make an order and just kind of turned me off from the whole experience

  Bright lights, energetic rap music, all great. I came across a bright eyed fellow as the budtender. I ask him about pre-rolls and he immediately steers conversation towards the infused joints, making it seem like there were no other cheaper options. Sleight-of-hand sales, very subtle. I ask him what the difference is between these “dusty” brand pre-rolls vs the others, he replied “I just like them” to which another female employee walked by, laughed & said “I really like that, good one”. Albeit he may have raised his status by his carefree response & positive validation by the fellow female coworker, he lowered his reputation with a customer due to his performative behavior and lack of product knowledge. Realizing this, I ask him firmly “Okay, whats the technical difference between this brand and the others?”, Lo and behold the first sign of honesty… he says “I honestly don’t know” To which I reply “that’s the honest answer” Nothing against the store, per se, but I’ll likely always remember his face, and that negative interaction every time I walk in.
