  Today we went the jcp store to buy some curtains for the bedrooms and the sales person en the department of the windows decor his name was Carson was really nice and professional sales person also he treat us with respect and kindness and good attitude, definitely we will comeback any time to see him again and ask for help with our shopping ❤️thank you Carson don’t ❤️❤️thank you for you help and opinion

  This is by far the worst experience that I have ever experienced with JCPenney's photo department.The photographer was not professional at all.The space was very cramped for 15 people the camera light kept going out.I was told my photos would be ready in 48 hours It has been 4 days and I still haven't received them.I contacted corporate and they were no better.I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

  Customer experience at the checkout makes me not want to come back. My wife and I come here for over 5 years. Somehow, the cashiers at the front don’t see their facial expressions. 😟🤔🧐😒😖 Store is clean, items are neatly ordered as much as the staff can do. I sense obligation to use my JC Penny Card or to apply for an account. “Pushy” when I want to ask about using my cash rewards I get “we can”t see that” in our system. Suggestion: train the cashiers to smile and be patient and stop rolling their eyes; if they are not happy in their job, there are a-lot of people looking for work.

  The cashier I got did not ask me for my phone number at all. Other cashiers ask that question at the beginning and even they can tell you if you have cash to use or not. This cashier scanned and gave me my total and I was like: so when do I give u my phone number? I know they can see the cash reward there and she said at the end and I was like at the end?? I said no, I am not paying yet because I have cash rewards that I am gonna use. So she finally inputs my phone number and told me she didn't see my reward so I logged in my account and showed her the barcodes. It is just so sad to see how people are with some customers but with other they are very helpful so this one did not have the intention to help me, but instead put her ego up front.
