Absolutely rude to not just me, mother and daughter but other customers dealt with the same as well. We checked out with Abrielle and she should not be dealing with customers PERIOD. She kept rolling her eyes, my mother is hard of hearing so I helped her, my daughter said she was not comfortable with her staring at her. She was not nice at all and as we were leaving she got on the intercom phone to get assistance at the front because the line was getting long and started cursing in front of the customers. So I kindly advised she needed to be nice to customers and learn how to speak with them. Another customer told me the same that they experienced the same at checkout with a different associate. I know it’s difficult working in retail but those who struggle need to learn how to deal. It’s life. My mother will never come here alone again.

- FNFaith NorrisMay 15, 20261.0This is by far the worst experience that I have ever experienced with JCPenney's photo department.The photographer was not professional at all.The space was very cramped for 15 people the camera light kept going out.I was told my photos would be ready in 48 hours It has been 4 days and I still haven't received them.I contacted corporate and they were no better.I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
