  I stopped in this past Saturday with my niece and unfortunately left disappointed with the lack of customer service. Two associates were behind the counter engaged in conversation. Although they looked in our direction and clearly saw us enter, neither acknowledged us, offered a greeting, or asked if we needed assistance. We walked around the store once, and after still receiving no acknowledgment, decided to leave. A simple “hello” or “welcome in” would have made a significant difference. Customer service starts with making customers feel acknowledged and welcome, and unfortunately, that was missing during our visit.

  Walked in this past Saturday with my niece. Two associates were behind the counter, chatting it up, looked in our direction and just continued their chat. Not a hello or welcome in or can we help you find anything? Took one circle around the store and walked right out.

  Special shoutout to my girl Perla for always going above and beyond when I come in. She always helps me find something for an event or just cute to wear out and about. Give this woman a raise! I come to this location just for her at this point
