  Ms little girl forced me to sign up when I already had an account and lied and told me they don’t print receipts. Gave her a fake email since she didn’t want to look up my account. Guess she really needs all the sign ups she can get.

  What’s with the attitude from the manager on 8/2 Sunday around 11 am???? I walked in and asked if they had a product and she rolled her eyes and scoffed. You would have thought I asked for a kidney!

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Windsor store at Arrowhead Mall while shopping for bridesmaid dresses for my two teenage daughters. When we arrived, there were several employees on the sales floor, yet no one acknowledged us or offered assistance. No one had name tags so you really didn’t know who was an employee and who were customers shopping. After several minutes, someone finally came over to get the into a dressing room, and we were eventually able to find the dresses we wanted. The biggest issue came when it was time to check out. These were full-length, tulle flowy dresses that cost about $220 each. Instead of hanging them properly, we were told the store had no hangers, and employee named Angie (if that is even her real name), who said she was the manager, started trying to ball the dresses up and stuff them into a small plastic tote shopping bag. It clearly would not fit. I did not want the dresses balled up and stuffed in a too small bag. I asked if they had any hangers, and Angie told us they did not. Another employee, Stevie, was kind enough to offer to check in the back, and she was able to find two hangers. This makes me question why we were initially told there were none. It also makes no sense that a store selling formal dresses wouldn’t have hangers available. I was told they only have hangers during prom season. Unfortunately, the experience continued to go downhill. When Angie returned with the hangers, she almost placed one of the dresses on the floor. We politely asked her not to because we didn’t want the dress to get dirty. Her response, delivered with an attitude, was, “Our floor is clean.” Customer service should never make customers feel like they’re an inconvenience. Angie came across as apathetic, dismissive, and unwilling to help, while Stevie was the only employee who seemed interested in providing good customer service. Overall, I would rate this experience a 1 out of 10. If I hadn’t been under a time crunch to find bridesmaid dresses, I would have left without making the purchase. I will be contacting Windsor’s corporate office in addition to leaving this review because this level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when purchasing formalwear.

  I had a disappointing experience at this store. I was standing in line where everyone else was waiting because it appeared there were two open registers. A few minutes later, the cashier told me I should have been lined up on the other side. I explained that everyone had been waiting in the center, not just me. While ringing up my purchase, the cashier noticed the dress I selected didn't have a tag. She seemed frustrated and huffed before going to look for another one. I had found the dress on the clearance rack, and it was the only one available in my size. When I noticed the price, she informed me it was not a clearance item and that the clearance items were on the other side of the same rack. I ended up leaving the dress behind. Overall, the customer service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The employees seemed unhappy, and the interaction left a negative impression. Please work on improving customer service and treating customers with respect. I will be taking my business elsewhere and supporting stores that value their customers.
