The set is a limited edition with our surname of the Lego hotel. The employees provided excellent customer service, took the time locating the 3 missing Legos he needed for his set. I highly recommend this store.

We were looking for a specific item, and she went above and beyond by checking the inventory shipment list for us and even helping us look for it on the LEGO website. She never made us feel rushed and truly seemed happy to help. What stood out just as much as her customer service was her personality. Annaka had the biggest, most welcoming smile, and her positive attitude honestly made us smile too! She turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into such a great experience. LEGO is very fortunate to have someone like Annaka representing their store. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves!

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

Can I buy individual bricks?

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
