- RSRuben Soria5 days ago5.0Thank you, Jessica, for making the replacement of my Meta glasses so easy! I purchased the protection plan when I bought my glasses earlier this year, and unfortunately, I accidentally ran them over. Thankfully, I had the protection plan, and Jessica made the replacement process incredibly easy. I’ve purchased protection plans for glasses in the past, and I can honestly say they are 100% worth it! The first time I ever had to use one, it almost seemed too good to be true that I could exchange my damaged glasses with no questions asked—but they really did honor the protection plan. If you’re purchasing glasses and they offer you the protection plan, I highly recommend getting it. It’s definitely worth the peace of mind! Thanks again, Jessica, for your excellent customer service and for making the whole transaction so easy!
