- TTTreySep 5, 20261.0Horrible customer experience. Went in to purchase a gift card and the lady running the store had no idea how to do that. I had to wait for the manager to come back from his lunch break. In the meantime they started helping another customer who couldn’t afford the glasses, trying to download a pay as you go app with Oakley, unsuccessfully. I had to wait for 30 minutes beforeI ended up leaving the store to drive to another Oakley where I was helped in less than five minutes. The Arrowhead store has one register and it was tied up for 30 minutes with a customer who couldn’t figure out how to pay for their sunglasses. Buy online
- MJMelissa JAug 16, 20265.0When my husband decided to purchase Meta glasses, we chose to visit the Oakley store, and we are so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, Soonae warmly welcomed us and provided exceptional assistance in helping my husband select the perfect pair of Meta glasses. Soonae’s phenomenal customer service truly exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, we felt genuinely cared for, valued, and supported throughout the entire experience. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attentiveness made the process enjoyable and seamless. We are extremely grateful for such a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning to the Oakley store in the future. Thank you, Soonae, for making our visit so memorable!
