  Lululemon continues to be one of my favorite brands for high-quality activewear and yoga clothing. The moment you walk into the store, you can see and feel the premium quality of their products. The selection is stylish, comfortable, and designed to last. During my visit today, Carly provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made my shopping experience even better. If you’re looking for top-quality athletic wear and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this Lululemon location. Thank you, Carly, for making my visit so enjoyable! ❤️

  Don’t buy LuluLemon, they use PFAS which is a very toxic chemical that causes cancer!

  Firstly I want to say, after reading the other reviews it’s pretty clear the management at this location have instilled a terrible culture at this store. They need to find a new job, they are not a good fit for this company (or management) at all. I have been in this store a couple of times. 1st visit wasn’t great, I was treated poorly by a moody eye rolling twenty something year old ‘educator’ (LMAO at calling this person an ‘educator’) - Put that one down to ‘experience’ 🤷🏼‍♀️ No worries. 2nd visit I was absolutely shocked at how poorly I was treated by the so called ‘managers’ !!! Two of them ‘working’ in the store that day. Beyond rude. Condescending. Accusatory. Absolutely unwilling to help in anyway. I actually had to call customer service and submit a formal complaint about the diabolical way I was treated. Luckily the Biltmore Lululemon is fantastic and took care of me with the amazing customer service and complete professionalism I have come to expect and appreciate. It is an inconvenience to make the 40 minute drive there but worth it. I won’t ever make a purchase from the Arrowhead Mall Lululemon. It’s atrocious.

  I have to say love quality of clothing and usually can say same about customer service, not case tonight. Walked in was acknowledged by female walking to back, not your usual greeting. The two guys working carried on talking and laughing amongst themselves, did not greet me or offer any assistance. I was just at biltmore and had amazing customer service from Brittany! The store at Scottsdale Quarter has amazing customer service as well! I was so excited to see pop up store closer to home then disappointed with customer service! So I will drive the extra miles for better customer service.
