  Horrible customer service, the employees here act like it’s the end of the world to help you. I won’t come back here to this location because I was treated so poorly, I went to the lululemon at fashion square and they have much better customer service and very welcoming.

  I never really thought of myself as a Lululemon shopper. When my American Express Platinum card started offering a Lululemon credit, I decided to give it a try instead of letting it go to waste. Over the years, I’ve visited a few stores and always had good experiences, but I’ve never felt like I was the “Lululemon type.” I’m tall, my proportions make it difficult to find the right fit, and I often felt a little out of place. The team at the Arrowhead store completely changed that. About a month ago, I came in looking for travel pants for an upcoming trip. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly helpful, and I eventually found a pair I liked. After they sat at home for a few weeks, I realized they were just a little shorter than I was comfortable with, so I returned to the store hoping for other options. Julie greeted me with kindness and immediately offered an in-store credit. As we searched for another option, we ran into several computer glitches while trying to place an order for the color I wanted. Despite every obstacle, Julie remained patient, positive, and determined to make everything right. Since the new pants would need hemming after they arrived, she even invited me to come back and, because of all the extra time and inconvenience, generously offered me a complimentary small item. That level of customer service was completely unexpected and so appreciated. Knowing she wouldn’t be there for my return visit, she made sure to pass everything along to another manager. When I came back, Morgan was just as welcoming and accommodating. She, Lauren, and several other team members helped me try on my new pants and reassured me that the fit was perfect. They then spent so much time helping me find the right item. I looked at tops, travel accessories, makeup bags, and crossbody bags. I probably tried on seven or eight tops, and not once did anyone make me feel rushed. Lauren was especially patient and helpful, and Morgan even came back with a couple of thoughtful suggestions that ended up being exactly what I needed. I’ve shopped at several Lululemon stores over the years, both here in Arizona and in other states, and while I’ve always had good experiences, nothing has come close to the level of service I received at the Arrowhead location. The warmth, patience, teamwork, and genuine care from everyone there truly set this store apart. What impressed me most wasn’t just the products—it was how these women made me feel. For the first time, I felt comfortable shopping at Lululemon. They made me feel welcome, confident, and genuinely valued as a customer. Julie, Morgan, Lauren, and the entire Arrowhead team turned what could have been a simple return into one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Because of them, I’ll be back—and I won’t shop at any other Lululemon store.

  Lululemon continues to be one of my favorite brands for high-quality activewear and yoga clothing. The moment you walk into the store, you can see and feel the premium quality of their products. The selection is stylish, comfortable, and designed to last. During my visit today, Carly provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made my shopping experience even better. If you’re looking for top-quality athletic wear and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this Lululemon location. Thank you, Carly, for making my visit so enjoyable! ❤️

  Don’t buy LuluLemon, they use PFAS which is a very toxic chemical that causes cancer!

  Logan was beyond helpful and gave me the best sizing advice I have received at a Lululemon to this date. It's so nice to know that wonderful customer service still exists. This will be my go to store from here on out!
