In order to maintain the warranty we were told we had to use their company to have the two rings sized/soldered together AND it was going to take four weeks to get this done. With the amount of money spent on the two rings as much as four weeks seemed extremely long to have two rings sized and soldered we agreed because we wanted maintain the warranties. We were told over and over by multiple people that a rush would be requested even though our receipt had a due back date four weeks out. We waited patiently hoping to get a call saying the rings were ready to be picked up and not a call, text or even email. My wife excitedly called the day our receipt showed they would be ready to see if they arrived and she was told not only have they not arrived but they wouldn’t even be ready for another week hopefully. The sticker price on the two rings was over $20,000. We were misled by the sales associates and one of the managers who indicated a rush was being requested. Sizing and soldering two rings does not take five weeks. A normal jeweler can get it done in 1-2 days tops. I even asked if I could pay for expedited services. We were lied to about the time frame and we will NEVER buy another item from this merchant. My wife has been so patient through this. I can’t believe a company who deals in high end jewelry would treat the clients who can afford to purchase it like such subpar people. I would give them less than one star if it would let me and rest assured I will tell anyone who asks about her rings NEVER to buy through your company and all about the horrible experience this has been. I guarantee numerous people will comment and ask about her rings so I will be able to share. We should have just gone to a regular jeweler who knows what they are doing.
