- SMStephanie Matsumoto4 days ago5.0This was the first time my husband and I have been to a Big and Tall store. The service was outstanding! Daniel was helpful the moment we walked in. Another female associate was also so helpful in finding the right sizes for my husband. I don’t remember her name but they deserve to be commended. My husband told me that they made a customer out of him. He was absolutely floored by the level of service. Amazing experience. I personally love that my husband was able to find sizes that fit him. He never buys anything for himself so it was nice to see him trying clothes on rather than me for a change. And I love that the associates were able to make recommendations and go and grab different sizes while my husband was in the changing room. The prices are higher but the clothes are quality. You get what you pay for. And the service is worth the price.

- BNBrenda NelsonSep 1, 20264.0My son and I shopped here and the staff were super friendly. We found some nice clothing, but we were unable to get a jacket because my son needed extra long for the arms. It would be amazing if they sold to tall men that needed extra long, then I could give 5 stars. 😊
