When I first bought the clothes the employees only told me there was a 90 day policy but NEVER said you couldn't wash the clothes. Even in the receipt it doesn't mention it but a link to their site where it says this. Very scummy behavior and I am glad to report this predatory tactic to BBB. Washed them out of courtesy due to trying them on. I feel lied and scammed, no other stores do this! I have always done the same for Macy's, Dillard's, and etc if I ever had to return items

The staff, specifically Kevin, was especially impressive—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping my son find the right pieces without ever feeling pushy. Kevin made the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Kevin has helped my son with suits for first interview to now his wedding attire. If you’re looking for great service, a comfortable shopping environment, and a wide variety of quality clothing, I highly recommend DXL.
