  I purchased a shirt from your store, but after leaving, I discovered that it had a tear and was damaged. I returned to the store within approximately 20 minutes to request a refund or exchange. However, the manager, Brad, refused to help me. To make matters worse, an employee had thrown away my receipt, which made the situation even more difficult. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was asked to leave the store. I also requested that the security camera footage be reviewed to verify what happened, but this request was denied as well. I felt that I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully. As this store is associated with a church, I expected kindness, compassion, and fair treatment. Unfortunately, my experience reflected none of those values. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken regarding the way I was treated and the refusal to resolve a legitimate issue with a damaged item.

  This place is huge! It also has unbeatable prices. You may or may not find what you went to buy, but unless you are dead, you will find something. Desert industries does a good job keeping this store very clean and organized, and this probably happens because of THE MANY employees. Go have a look, its worth your time.
