  I have found my comfort zone in the middle of a busy 🌎 world,,,, This place is great,,,, the taxidermy That is throughout the building is awesome.... It is truly an art.... I could spend the whole day there. They also have a live aquarium. An archery range,,, and a shooting range also....Not to mention the wildlife museum.... Great place to take the children. It is like visiting the zoo. But the animals aren't Moving....

  Went in to get appraisals on a couple of firearms of mine, Ricardo from the Gun Library helped me out and even though i wasn’t satisfied with the price offered he made the whole process a breeze and stayed to talk with me about firearms and whatnot. Safe to say i will be continuing to shop here, there was nothing but absolute professionalism from that man he deserves a raise.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Bass Pro Shops! The store was clean, well organized, and had an amazing selection of outdoor gear and products. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever I had a question. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and how easy it was to find what I needed. Great customer service and a great place to shop. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Bass Pro Shops to anyone who enjoys the outdoors!

  I had a great experience at Bass Pro Shops thanks to Jason. He was extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I had the information I needed without ever making me feel rushed. Excellent customer service all around.   Do not buy any safes from this store. I placed the same order three different times, and every single one was canceled. Each time I called customer service, no one could explain why. They just told me to place the order again and assured me it would go through, but it never did. I wasted three weeks waiting, only to discover my order had been canceled without any notification. No email, no phone call, nothing. The customer service was terrible. No one seemed to know what was going on, and the managers weren’t helpful either. If you’re going to cancel someone’s order, at least have the courtesy to let them know why instead of leaving them waiting. With so many customers, you’d think communication would be a priority. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money—shop somewhere else.
