- NBNathan Bich4 days ago1.0What a terrible place. The company has very bad ways. They are not supportive of boy scouts. It is a option to sell popcorn out front of but we are not allowed to approach people but others who sell out front can? Sounds pretty un-american to me. They will never get my business again.
- ZBZachary BaccoSep 21, 20265.0Bobby from the gun section was awesome!! I went to pick up a firearm that I bought online and he was so nice and knew alot about firearms. He also sold my dad a firearm the next day and he was very pleased by how the interaction went
- AAalexaSep 21, 20265.0I came in yesterday and bought a pair of merrel hiking boots in a size 7. They were a little snug so I came back in today and looked for a size 8. Three gentlemen in the shoe department did an excellent job helping to find my size and were super kind! I hope they get a raise for so being so kind and helpful!! I left 100% satisfied and jolly with my purchase!! Thank you guys!!
- LLLelly LuhvSep 20, 20265.05 Stars - Exceptional Customer Service from Oshea Benally. I visited this Bass Pro Shop in AZ and Oshea benally in the [Fishing / Hunting / Camping / Boating/ Firearms / Sports ] department Oshea went absolutely above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever rushing me. He helped me compare options, find the right fit for my needs and budget, and made sure I left confident in my purchase. This is the best customer service I've had in any retail store in years. Bass Pro is lucky to have him. Ask for Oshea Benally if you go!
- TBTeri BolingerSep 14, 20262.0I'm only giving this one two stars. Let's face it the bigger location in Mesa is just better. Plus we had an issue with somebody trying to sell us vacations. She came up all nice and was pleasant to talk to at first. We thought she was super nice and just a store employee checking if we needed anything. Then we realized she was a solicitor. It actually made the whole experience at this locationa little unpleasant. Please get rid of the solicitors in the store.
