My wife waited for approximately 15 minutes ready to make a purchase, but no one assisted her. During that time, there were several employees at the end of the counter talking among themselves and looking at their phones, despite there being no other customers. This was very frustrating, as it felt like her business was being ignored. I’d appreciate it if you could address this situation to ensure customers receive timely and attentive service. Thank you,

So many animals to see and a lovely aquarium. Definitely take your kids, look around, maybe some sweet treats on the secpnd floor! Also note I was sooo impressed with how clean and clear the glass in the aquarium was.

Then went upstairs and meg another older gentleman and he was fantastic! Bought some hiking boots and would definitely recommend shopping there!!!
