  Front cashiers are rude no greetings and just because i said “excuse me?” She said it louder and told me the total told her i had tap and she like it won’t work in a condescending tone and just tapped the sign that taps doesnt work and just told her to cancel i no longer want

  I bought a gun today! I put off a gun for protection for many years and I finally did it! I had gone to another gun shop first and it was a waste of time as they try to sell you want they think you need. I took the 20 mile drive to Bass Pro shop, checked out the one gun I wanted and easy peezy bought it. The gentlemen that sold it to me also showed me gun safes, he was very professional and polite. I will buy my next gun with Bass Pro.

  Sad it's not Cabela's anymore but Bass pro is still pretty cool. This location still has a lot of the different animals and the little waterfall available. Really good selection of a lot of different things, they do have food available for sale in packaging. Decent clearance section, good section of shoes as well as a little museum. You can walk through. Lots of outside parking temperature controlled inside. The staff seemed to be very helpful and attentive.

  Do not trust Bass Pro Shops with "same-day pickup" orders involving third-party financing like Klarna. I placed an order for over $250 of ammunition. Because Bass Pro delayed processing the order for over a week. When they finally tried to fulfill it, their automated system glitched and tried to charge me another $250! Instead of fixing their internal merchant-side error, corporate customer service supervisors literally hung up the phone on me when I mentioned filing a BBB complaint. Now, they are completely passing the buck via email, telling me to contact Klarna, while Klarna has already confirmed the loan is fully approved and waiting on Bass Pro. Absolute corporate finger-pointing and zero accountability. Avoid utilizing online ordering here if you expect your items on time or professional communication.

  I don’t usually leave reviews for many reasons but typically it’s because most companies customer service skills don’t leave a lasting impression on me and I simply forget to leave a review. But, this is different, Amanda J. was our cashier today and she knocked it out of the park. It was something simple but she went above and beyond. They didn’t have the right size shorts so I went the next size up. When we were checking out, Amanda stated that she thought they were gonna be way too big on me and thought I should go check for the large. When I went to double check I still could not find the large shorts. Most of the time in retail stores that would’ve been the end of the conversation. But without hesitation she was already contacting another team member on the radio to see if they had any in the back (most stores act like the “back” doesn’t even exist). When we got the answer back that there were none in the back Amanda was still not done. She then walked to the middle of the store, removed the mannequin from the stand, found that the shorts were a large, removed them from the mannequin, and I went home with the correct size shorts. And she was 100% right on the fit, 10+++ stars for Amanda J.!
